Sedgwick Resource Solutions are seeking applicants from a commercial property loss adjusting background, with experience in visiting/inspecting commercial customers properties and who are now ready to take the next step their loss adjustor career.

Your Skills and Experience:
Investigating and assessing commercial property losses, including fire, flood, and other perils.
Negotiating settlements with policyholders and third parties.
Preparing detailed reports and documentation.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers.
Providing excellent customer service.
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Proven experience as a Commercial Loss Adjuster (minimum 1 - 2 years).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and influencing skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACII, CILA) is preferred but not essential.
